Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for complex architectural and interior design projects.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, sections, and elevations using industry-standard software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit.
- Perform advanced lighting, texturing, and post-processing work in V-Ray, Lumion, or 3ds Max to enhance visual appeal.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to interpret client requirements and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and high-quality standard across all project visualizations and presentation materials.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, boards, and proposals.
- Manage and update project asset libraries to ensure efficiency and organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering, specifically within the architecture and interior design sector.
- Proficiency in software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion.
- Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and construction details.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural and interior visualization work.
