Tanggung Jawab
- Create and modify detailed architectural drawings and technical plans using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure all designs meet project specifications and building codes.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and understand on-site requirements.
- Update and maintain drawing libraries to ensure accurate data management.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and permit submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in architectural drafting or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD/BIM software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building techniques, and technical standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
