Tanggung Jawab
- Design innovative and sustainable architectural structures in accordance with client requirements and building codes.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and environmental factors.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, engineers, and clients to ensure project vision is accurately realized.
- Prepare project presentations and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with construction teams to ensure quality control during the implementation phase.
- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in the residential or commercial sector.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max) and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and technical drawings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and sustainability standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
