Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed architectural and interior drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to interpret design concepts into technical specifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to prepare and modify drawings efficiently.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings for renovation projects.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Drafting.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a drafting role within the interior design or construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar drafting and modeling software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
