- Process 4D and TOTO lottery transactions accurately using terminal systems
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries about lottery products
- Handle cash transactions and ensure daily reconciliation of funds
- Maintain organized cashier station and surrounding display areas
- Adhere strictly to company policies and lottery regulations
- Assist with basic store operations and inventory management
