Tanggung Jawab
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with brand suppliers
- Place purchase orders based on sales forecasts and inventory analysis
- Monitor stock levels and replenishment cycles to prevent overstock/understock
- Collaborate with merchandising team on product assortment planning
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key brand representatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail buying or merchandising
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and inventory management systems
- Deep understanding of retail market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
