Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of GT sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Design and implement sales strategies for general trade channels (supermarkets, minimarkets, traditional outlets)
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust tactics to maximize revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure brand visibility and compliance with merchandising standards
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop trade promotions and in-store campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within the GT sector

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in supervisory/management role
  • Proven track record in general trade channel sales within FMCG/retail sector
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team coaching and mentoring skills
  • Expert knowledge of South Sulawesi's retail market and distribution networks
  • Advanced proficiency in sales analytics, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
