Join Foton Indonesia, the Indonesian arm of China's largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, as we expand our market presence across key cities nationwide. We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in multiple strategic locations including Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Medan, Pekanbaru, and Kendari. This pivotal role involves developing market penetration strategies, managing regional sales teams, and driving revenue growth in the competitive automotive sector. You'll represent a globally recognized brand known for its innovative commercial vehicles while contributing to Indonesia's transportation infrastructure development. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to execute sales strategies across diverse regional markets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional and national targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage multi-location sales teams with performance-based KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, dealers, and corporate clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations across all regions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in automotive/commercial vehicles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in multi-location environments
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with cross-cultural communication skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regional markets and automotive industry dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
