- Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies for 4W transportation services in Jakarta
- Identify and evaluate potential partners through market analysis and industry research
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial contact to contract finalization
- Collaborate with City Operations Team to align partnerships with budget targets and KPIs
- Conduct regular performance reviews of existing partnerships and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare partnership proposals, contracts, and quarterly performance reports
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and smooth integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in partner acquisition or business development
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Experience in transportation or logistics industry highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
