Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets to identify actionable revenue growth opportunities for TikTok Shop sellers.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic monetization initiatives to support platform goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and Marketing to streamline seller success programs.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor benchmarking to provide data-backed insights to leadership.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing special projects.
- Support the creation of presentation decks and business proposals for senior stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous process improvement to enhance platform efficiency and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Available to commit to a full-time internship starting in 2026.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or SQL; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude toward solving complex business problems.
- Passion for e-commerce, digital trends, and the TikTok/Tokopedia ecosystem.
