Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement or operational excellence
- Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through change initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficient in process mapping and workflow documentation
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
