Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end strategic consulting projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
- Direct and mentor a diverse team of junior consultants, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics and market analysis to identify key growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies for clients.
- Develop and present high-impact strategic roadmaps and business transformation proposals to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage client communication and expectations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal practice leads to refine consulting methodologies and expand our service offerings.
- Drive organizational change initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a senior advisory capacity.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing high-performing teams in a professional services environment.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic client-facing environment.
