Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new partners to expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the onboarding and activation process.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Present regular reports on acquisition targets and market insights.
- Conduct field visits and meetings to build rapport and resolve partner concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in partner acquisition, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
