Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and compensation documentation
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and company HR policies
- Coordinate HR initiatives including training programs and employee engagement activities
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics for leadership review
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support across all levels
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR operations or generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries preferred
