Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers and assisting with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform accurate cashier duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash drawers.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for quality and damage, and store them in the correct locations.
- Replenish shelves and display cases regularly to ensure products are always available and well-organized.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping by keeping the store clean, tidy, and safe for customers and staff.
- Monitor product freshness and rotate stock to minimize waste and maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist in store promotional activities and operational tasks as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new procedures and store policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace in West Region.
