Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the full cycle of Accounts Receivable processing, including invoice generation, posting, and verification.
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts to ensure timely collection and payment.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account variance analysis.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation in accordance with company SOPs.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
