The successful candidate will lead the development of complex cost models, manage tender timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality commercial bids. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end tender process, from initial document review to final bid submission.
- Develop detailed cost estimates and pricing strategies based on project specifications and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to ensure accurate technical inputs for all proposals.
- Analyze historical data to improve the accuracy of future cost forecasting and margin analysis.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to negotiate pricing and secure competitive rates.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments on commercial proposals to identify potential financial liabilities.
- Monitor and report on tender success rates, providing actionable insights for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in tender management, cost control, or commercial pricing.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing high-value, complex bids within competitive industries.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (professional proficiency).
