Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the entire accounting team and daily financial operations.
- Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risk.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and bank representatives.
- Collaborate with business operations to optimize cash flow and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Finance Leader, or similar senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
