Halden Pasifik Makmur is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team in Batam Kota. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a key part in overseeing the integrity of our financial operations. You will be responsible for leading the office administration team, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining robust internal controls.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the office administration staff to ensure optimal team performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with the Finance Manager to develop and manage budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
- Implement and monitor internal accounting controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Assist in external and internal audits to ensure full tax and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage team dynamics effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Ability to reside and work in Batam Kota, Kepulauan Riau.
