Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and process accounts receivable transactions to ensure accurate and timely recording
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and other financial documents
- Monitor customer payment status and follow up on overdue accounts
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
