Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data
- Collect, analyze, and document client progress using standardized measurement tools
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
- Train parents and caregivers in ABA techniques for consistent skill reinforcement
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify intervention targets
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidential client records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- BCBA/BCaBA certification or eligibility for certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in ABA therapy with ASD population
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary settings
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in ABA methodologies
