Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of commercial and residential AC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults in HVAC units
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, part replacements, and system upgrades
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize system longevity
- Ensure work areas adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on AC technician experience
- Technical certification in HVAC/refrigeration systems preferred
- Proficiency in diagnosing electrical and mechanical AC components
- Familiarity with various AC brands and refrigeration systems
- Strong vendor coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards
- Ability to read technical schematics and system manuals
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport)
