Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain garden landscapes by mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning plants, hedges, and trees.
- Implement effective fertilization and irrigation schedules to ensure optimal plant health.
- Monitor and treat plants for pests and diseases using appropriate horticultural methods.
- Prepare soil beds and manage planting schedules for seasonal floral displays.
- Ensure all garden areas remain clean, free of debris, and aesthetically organized.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to plan and improve landscape design elements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in gardening or landscape maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of local plant species, soil requirements, and fertilization techniques.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using standard landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, shears).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, hardworking, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic landscape safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
