Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness of the cafe, including floors, tables, and service counters.
- Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitation of customer restrooms throughout the shift.
- Clean and sanitize indoor dining areas to ensure a comfortable environment for guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of outdoor terrace or seating areas.
- Manage the disposal of waste and ensure all bins are emptied and sanitized regularly.
- Restock necessary supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and cleaning agents.
- Report any facility issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a professional cleaning or housekeeping role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of hygiene.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to handle cleaning duties.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety.
