Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of company premises and personnel.
- Implement security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and property damage.
- Manage entry and exit points, including the registration of visitors and verification of credentials.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to detect and report suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fire, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily security activities and incident reports.
- Coordinate with local authorities and management during security-related incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and operational procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama security certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a security or similar role.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in shift patterns (day/night).
- High level of integrity, discipline, and professional demeanor.
- Good communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response and first aid procedures.
- Able to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.
