Tanggung Jawab
- Assist experienced AC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
- Prepare tools and materials for AC service calls
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks under supervision
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Learn and apply technical knowledge through hands-on experience
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in customer service when needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC principles
- Willingness to learn technical skills through on-the-job training
- Physical ability to work in various environments and lift equipment
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license (if required for travel between locations)
