Roche is seeking a high-impact Access, Communications & Health System Value Strategy Chapter Lead to join our Indonesia Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our medicines access strategy, bridging the gap between innovative medical science and the patients who need it most.
You will lead a dynamic, cross-functional team to shape the national healthcare policy landscape, advocate for sustainable health financing, and communicate the value of Roche’s portfolio to key stakeholders, including government bodies, payers, and patient advocacy groups. This is a unique opportunity to drive systemic change and improve health equity across Indonesia by integrating strategic communications with advanced market access solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team within the Access and Communications chapter, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive market access and pricing strategies to secure broad patient access to Roche’s innovative medicines.
- Drive proactive engagement with government stakeholders, policymakers, and industry associations to shape a sustainable health ecosystem.
- Design and implement value-based communication strategies to articulate the health economic benefits of Roche products to payers and clinical decision-makers.
- Represent Roche in high-level strategic forums, influencing national healthcare policy and medicine procurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with the global leadership team to align local market initiatives with Roche’s overarching corporate strategy.
- Oversee crisis communications and reputation management to ensure Roche remains a trusted partner in the Indonesian healthcare sector.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD or MD is a plus).
- Minimum of 10-12+ years of experience in market access, government affairs, or strategic communications within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian healthcare system, specifically BPJS and national procurement processes.
- Proven track record in navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing healthcare policy.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of translating complex health economic data into compelling, actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, with excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
