Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and assist with general office inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
