Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and financial documentation.
- Manage and organize accounts payable and receivable records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure administrative documentation is complete and compliant.
- Perform regular data entry and maintain digital filing systems for financial reports.
- Support the finance team during month-end closing activities and audits.
- Handle incoming inquiries related to account status and billing issues professionally.
- Assist in the generation of weekly and monthly administrative reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is essential.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or Autocount) is a distinct advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
