Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and financial documentation.
  • Manage and organize accounts payable and receivable records accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure administrative documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Perform regular data entry and maintain digital filing systems for financial reports.
  • Support the finance team during month-end closing activities and audits.
  • Handle incoming inquiries related to account status and billing issues professionally.
  • Assist in the generation of weekly and monthly administrative reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or Autocount) is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
