We are looking for a responsible and organized Account & Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and accounting operations at Advance Team Solution Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our office, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and our administrative processes are efficient. We are seeking a proactive individual who can manage both the numbers and the logistics of our daily business.

Your primary focus will be assisting the finance team with bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable. You will also be responsible for maintaining our filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure information is easily accessible. Beyond accounting duties, you will provide essential support to management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating with external vendors. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and approved on time.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statutory documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure all employee records are up to date.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial summaries.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or admin support.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
