Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, verify, and process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in day-to-day general administrative duties, such as sorting mail, answering phone inquiries, and maintaining office supplies.
- Perform accurate data entry into the accounting system and ensure all physical and digital files are organized systematically.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal logistics teams to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely payments.
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and support the finance team in preparing basic financial reports.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of an O-Level, N-Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a basic accounting or administrative assistant role is highly advantageous, though fresh graduates with a passion to learn are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
