Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, contracts, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and client interactions
- Maintain industry-specific terminology glossaries for textile manufacturing and trade
- Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and consistency
- Coordinate with international teams to resolve language barriers in supply chain operations
- Prepare bilingual reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Support onboarding of Mandarin-speaking employees through language assistance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Chinese Language Studies
- Minimum 2 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin with advanced Indonesian proficiency
- Certification in professional translation (e.g., NAATI, CATTI) preferred
- Deep understanding of textile industry terminology and business practices
- Proficiency in CAT tools and translation management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management skills
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate cross-business communication nuances
