Tanggung Jawab
- Create and manage comprehensive sales quotations following company pricing guidelines
- Process and track customer orders from initiation to delivery completion
- Generate detailed sales reports analyzing performance metrics and trends
- Provide exceptional customer service through prompt communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment
- Follow up on pending quotations and orders to maintain sales momentum
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate transaction records
- Assist in developing sales administration procedures and documentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales administration or customer operations role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Indonesian
- Experience with CRM systems or sales databases
