Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily invoicing processes and ensure timely billing to clients.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify all transaction records for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and filing systems.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation.
  • Liaise with vendors and clients regarding payment status and inquiries.
  • Organize and archive administrative paperwork and financial documents.
  • Support the finance team with general accounting duties and ad-hoc projects.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support roles.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
