MC LAI & CO is a reputable firm seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuchai Lama. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and tax documentation.
  • Oversee office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and statutory compliance submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Support management with ad-hoc reporting and administrative projects as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or Autocount) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
