Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and expense reports for management review
- Handle administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve financial queries
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and financial audits
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement systems
- Implement efficient accounting processes and document procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certifications (ACCA, MICPA) preferred
