Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the closing process.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for invoices, vouchers, and statutory documents.
  • Coordinate office administrative duties, including vendor management and supply procurement.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative projects and data analysis.
  • Ensure office procedures are followed to maintain a productive work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or office administration roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or MYOB) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
