Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
- Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate calculations and timely disbursement
- Oversee administrative functions including office procurement, record-keeping, and vendor management
- Prepare and submit financial documentation for tax compliance, audits, and statutory submissions
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets to maintain financial health across multiple entities
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions during reviews and transactions
- Implement and optimize accounting systems to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounting and payroll processing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
