KL Turbo One is seeking a dynamic Account & Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our supportive team in Batu Caves, Selangor. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial records, supporting administrative functions, and acting as a liaison for Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders. You will be responsible for handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations, while also providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Your Mandarin language proficiency will be essential for communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across the region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and assist in monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and office supply procurement.
  • Act as point of contact for Mandarin‑speaking clients and vendors, handling enquiries and translations as needed.
  • Support the team with scheduling, meeting preparation, and other ad‑hoc duties.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or admin roles is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
