Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and ledger entries.
  • Perform daily data entry tasks and ensure all documentation is filed systematically.
  • Support the processing of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end closing processes.
  • Manage office administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, and office supply inventory.
  • Collaborate with the management team to streamline financial workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local accounting standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) is highly advantageous.
