Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collection from clients.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities and reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as required by management.
- Handle general administrative and clerical tasks for the finance department, including filing and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls, particularly those related to the construction industry.
Kualifikasi
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.
