Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial data entry, including accounts payable and receivable tracking.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings, audit schedules, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive administrative records, filing systems, and office documentation.
  • Coordinate office supply procurement, vendor communications, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal administrative inquiries.
  • Support management with ad-hoc operational tasks and departmental reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or Xero) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eagle eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Strong sense of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
