Join PacTech's finance team as an Account and Administration Executive and become the backbone of our financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify accounts payable invoices with precision and compliance
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial documentation
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs for vendors and suppliers
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and HR departments on financial matters
- Implement and improve financial administration workflows
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable/bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian GST and tax regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
