Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Manage and organize company financial records and filing systems.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements for management review.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist in payroll processing and general data entry tasks.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties.
- Maintain inventory records and perform monthly stock checks.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data entry and formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and learn new systems.
