Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing internal correspondence.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents as required.
  • Support management with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero) and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
