Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and budget-to-actual reporting
- Oversee tax compliance, GST filings, and statutory documentation
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities and financial institutions
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like ACCA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting or finance management
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Detail-oriented approach with demonstrated accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
