Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) in strict compliance with Malaysian regulations.
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and assisting new hires with necessary paperwork.
- Prepare and compile monthly financial and HR reports for management review and analysis.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks, including leave management, attendance tracking, and responding to employee queries.
- Assist in the organization of company events and employee welfare activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or ERP systems) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, and payroll procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of general ledger functions and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
