Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full-set accounts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Execute daily accounting operations, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and process SST filings and ensure adherence to local tax regulations.
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of mandatory e-Invoicing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing and financial statements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients in Mandarin to resolve billing or accounting queries.
- Support internal and external audits by organizing and providing necessary financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (e.g., ACCA, LCCI).
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of local Malaysian tax laws (SST) and e-Invoicing guidelines.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
