Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and financial documentation.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices.
- Maintain and update accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records against internal statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance manager as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new accounting software and processes.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet operational deadlines.
