  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and post general journal entries to maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
  • Manage vendor and customer accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Process payroll and employee expense reports when required
  • Prepare financial documents and reports for management review
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
